Where can I find which characters are at which character dinings?

We are headed to WDW in just 2 weeks and have character dinings booked at Crystal Palace (lunch), 'Ohana (breakfast), and Hollywood and Vine Play and Dine (lunch). I am finalizing my daughter's autograph book and want to make sure I have all the characters included for each meal. Is there a chart that can show me which characters will be at each meal?
