Where can I find the carb listings for Disney?

We're taking my 2 year old for his first Disney trip at the end of the year!! he was just diagnosed with diabetes, so I'm trying to find the carbohydrate listings for any of the CS or TS places. I tried All Ears, but they don't seem to have much available.

Has anyone heard of such a list? If so, where would I find it?

I have diabetes as well. If you let Disney Dining know when you make your ADRs they will make a note of it on your ADRs. Most restaurants are supposed to have special needs menus. I guess we will both find out on our trips. I will be there in March.

Sorry, the last I knew they don't have that info available. If you check out the Disney with Diabetes section of allears, they do have a few I think (along with some other helpful tips).

My dd has type 1 and we went to WDW six months after he diagnosis. We used the Calorie King book. The counter service food at WDW is pretty similar to general fast food etc.

This is an oft discussed topic on the disabilities board. The report has been that Disney will not provide carb counts, so most people rely on a book and estimate. Sometimes chefs are willing to weigh the food for you, which may help.

well, this won't help you too much, but I got diagnosed with type 1 16 months ago (I'm 26) and I have been to WDW 3x since then.....it has worked out pretty well each time....just some encouragement for you!
