All Pandora dealers agree to sell the pieces for MSRP and they can lose their right to sell Pandora (which is extremely difficult to get as it is) if they are caught selling the items for less. They are only allowed to sell the charms for Pandora's set price, and only have sales when Pandora authorizes the sale and promos (and those are usually like, spend so much, get a free bracelet, not a 25% off sale or something like that). There are a few exceptions, such as discontinued jewelry pieces, which have to be older than I think 6-12 months, and authorized stores selling online with no sales tax in states that allow that, but other than that, all authorized dealers will have the same prices at the same time. So basically, you won't get a deal on charms. There are a lot of fakes out there, so keep that in mind as well.
