Where can I find a pocket size list of DDP participating restaurants?

I would love to have a list of all CS places on DDP to carry around with us. Is there one here on the DIS? Or do I have to make it myself?

I haven't see on here on the Dis or on allearsnet.com

http://allearsnet.com/pl/packages08a.htm has the list of participating restaurants, but it's pretty long.
