Where can I buy flavored dental wax?

Anyone know where I can buy flavored wax for braces? I'd like to put some in dd's Christmas stocking, so I don't have time to order on-line. I know I can find mint in the stores, but she says her friends have different flavors and I am wondering where they get it...

spearmint, cinnamon, mixed fruit flavor, - CVS and Walgreens and Target...

other than that, I googled, (Bacon flavored? really? huh!) maybe get one with an IOU???
