Where can I buy Carbineer hooks cheap?

I'm looking for something to hand out at Parent's night to promote our scout troop. I was thinking Carbineer hooks would tie into scouts well.
I need them by tomorrow night (this chore was just given to me yesterday and I just came up with the hook idea today.) so don't have time to order online.
So where can I buy Carbineer hooks cheap? I would like them under 50 cents since I need about 40 and don't want to break the bank!

I've seen them at the Dollar Tree before. IDK if they were $1 or 50 cents.

I've bought them at Micheal's for the Girl Scout Troop...I don't remember the price, but I doubt it was more than $1.

Are you looking for scout/camping related items or are you looking for items like pencils, etc?

For camping related items you can try sierra trading post.

Vista Print has some good promotions for things like pens/pencils.

We do a promotion every year at our town "fair" that they hold on the common. We combine it with our registration and have a door-prize. Usually the pack pays for it and we do things like a tent, bicycle, etc.
