These two parks are ones I don’t usually eat breakfast in but looking for suggestions of some good quick service options. I have heard Sleepy hollow is supposed to be good are there many others for MK?

Thanks!

We try to always avoid QS in MK. For Epcot (if you have the time) I recommend taking the Skyliner to the Riviera and eat at Primo Piatto. Best QS on property.

I am not a big in-park breakfast eater, but Sleepy Hollow would indeed be one of the better QS options in MK (not just at Breakfast time). At Epcot, if you are heading back to Ratatouille early, the Creperie has a walk-up window - the crepes there are pretty good! If you're staying more toward the front, I'd probably say Sunshine Seasons. Connections has more options, but it's also the Starbucks so it might be very busy early in the day. You can always grab a big donut from a Jofferey's kiosk too.

Definitely the bakery in France (Epcot) - so many options and so yum!

People will say the cinnamon bun at Gaston's for MK but we honestly did not like it.
Friar's Nook at MK has that cheese & bacon tots bowl - I believe they also have beignets now?

MK - Gaston's Tavern or Crystal Palace

Epcot - Les Halles in France

MK - Sleepy Hollow (although this trip we are doing Crystal Palace)

Epcot - Les Halles in France

Thank you I am planning a rest day in visiting the resorts so I’ll keep this in mind!

My favorite place in MK for breakfast is Aloha Isle-Pineapple upside down cake with Dole Whip on top.

MK — we eat breakfast in room and have an early lunch, unless having breakfast in MK.

Epcot—all depends upon your entrance. If at the front (future world, AKA) , Subshine Seasons in the Land has good options. If at International gateway, then Les Halles hands down

I'm a savory breakfast gal so:

MK - I love the chicken biscuit at the little cart in Frontierland. It's quick and it's easy. I did enjoy the fruit waffles at Sleepy Hollow before they changed them but they were huge and so sweet I really couldn't eat more than half one.

Epcot - agree with others Les Halles, they have a sandwich with Brie, apples and cranberries on multi-grain that I love.

Friar's Nook in MK for the tots bowls. They had one (don't know if it is still there) with sausage gravy. So good!

Epcot - is there anything other than the bakery in France? I feel that is a go to any time of day or night. I always stop there on my way out to the Skyliner to get a baguette to take with me to the room. I can use that for a quick meal or snack.

At MK - The chili cheese breakfast tots at Lunching pad are another good addition for breakfast. I also like to get the cheshire cat tail from Chesire cafe along with a coffee to go with those tots. The sticky bubble bread from lunching pad was very dry and not good.

At Epcot, as mentioned Les Halles in France is good, but if you are rope dropping Frozen I also like Kringla pastries plus a viking coffee in Norway.
