Where Are Your Favorite Places To Dine, And To Snack At Dl. And At DCA?

I did like the ped-friendly fries! They were quite tasty... and fun... kind of puffy. However, I believe we all agreed that the onion rings that we shared stole the show. They were yummy (though probably not as good as Sonic Burger's rings but really.... what is? )

I read another review where the person said they had the A-1 hamburger and I was waiting for them to say "ick" but they didn't. So maybe I just got a bad burg.

Now that my DD's are getting older I think I will take some more time to explore the non-park (AKA FOOD!) attractions at DLR next time.

It's going to be fun to go back over the next few years due to the fact that DCA Is going to be a "new" park every time! Unfortunately, our next trip (DH and I... DD"s will go probably every summer with other family... BUMS!) won't be for a couple of years but.... that should give them time to sparkle up the new lands and magic over at DCA.

There are so many different things to do in DLR and ways to break up each trip into its own theme (like make one whole day about looking for Hidden Mickeys or something, as an example) that it truly could be a new experience every time! And there are so many little details to see that are yet to be discovered.

I am glad you posted something about Taste Pilots Grill because I was considering eating there this October trip, just to try something new. Is it table service, or do we have to wait in line for our trays of food and then find a table? I do like A1, and that probably would have been what I ordered, but now that I read your post, I may have to order something else!

It's a take-away and find your own seat place. We went right before the parade during pretty prime dinner hours and it wasn't too packed at all but it was a slow day at both parks (for a summer day).

As for the burger... you might be able to request that it's heated somehow.. dunno I'm glad I could help!

Does anyone else dip their French fries on occasion in ranch dip, bar-b-q sauce or mustard? or am i just the little weirdo of the bunch? he he! but seriously though, I do like to dip them into those sauces, condiments.
Yummy, although to be honest, one time I almost died eating mustard! and I had always thought it would be death by chocolate or pizza! anyway, one day at home, I had a taste for mustard, so I put some on my finger, and yes, I know, rather barbaric, but you know, food can taste better with your fingers, anyway, so I licked that off, and next thing you know, apparently it went down the wrong way, and I started choking and gasping, and I thought what the hades! that is what I get for not actually putting it on something that you can actually bite into, well unless one is a cannibal, I like meat, but not like that! ewwwie ugh and sigh! well needless to say of course here I am so I made it, much to the dismay of those that don't like me! ha ha, maybe next time! he he!
