where are these dollar codes from???

I usually use EA when renting cars but, dollar is so much cheaper....especially when I tried the KISS or FVG codes. Before I make a ressie, I'd like to know where these codes come from & when they expire. TIA

I saved $10 using the MCC code over the FVG code for late May. I called Dollar reservations, and she popped the MCC code for me after I tried to use the FVG code with a coupon from my BJ Wholesale Club membership for 10% off a week's rental.
