And, does anyone know of a place that would hold our gang, be somewhat centrally located, and be a comfortable spot for conversation? (That pizza joint the Chicago folks meet at sure looks like fun! But it's probably a little too far for most of us to drive. )

We had a GREAT turnout, and I'm already looking forward to our next get together...

Ever been to La Hacienda - the one on 121 in Grapevine? They've got several separated rooms, so maybe they can accommodate parties. That could be a possibility, but there must be others, too. Where ever we decide on, maybe on a Saturday like at 3 or something it wouldn't be too crowded. I'm thinking in July or August. By that time a bunch of people will have been on their trips and can bring pictures. Anyone else have an idea for a location??

I would never have thought about La Hacienda but that is a great suggestion. There is also the one in Lewisville on 35 that is pretty convenient as well.
I'm ready whenever to do again!
Thanks for the comments about the kids acting well. Megan and Miranda had a great time and were suprisingly quiet. They both are kind of shy.
Maybe next time we can get a separate room where we can mingle and the kids can play together more too wherever we go.
I also never think to go to Meet Board. I happened to see where snoopy was asking DFW'ers about the area and Kathy invited them to the meet. I would have kicked myself if I had missed one.

La Hacienda!! Yea!!! Love that place!!! I want to second what Kathy said about the kids. They were great!! Everything was so much fun!

LOL, now that Lauren knows what a lurker is she asks me if I am posting or lurking when she sees me on the board. So it turned out to be an education evening!
