Where are the life preservers on the Ferry Boats to Magickingdom

Hello: Been on the ferry boats many times, enjoyed my trip. I would like to know where do they store the lifejackets on this boat, and how could they ever have enough for all the people getting on this boat to head to or from magickingdom?

I believe it is is a federal requirement that boat must have life-jackets for everyone that will be on board.

As for storage I don't exactly where they keep them as I have not been on the big MK ferry boats since 2002. But would imagine they are located under some seats (the seats would flip up) and also in bins on every deck in multiple places and are clearly marked as such. At least it's been that way on every other ferry boat I have ever been on.

They are in the storage bins under all the seats along all the walls on both floors. There are signs posted all over the ferry, with locations and instructions.

Okay, happy to hear that. I have been on many times but i can't recall seeing signs. I am hoping the bins are not locked. I will try to open next time on the ferry.

your question asks one thing but alludes to another (prompted by the 'sinking' of a boat at Jungle Cruise?)

NO: Coast Guard / US regulations don't apply ... the boats are not inspected and the drivers don't hold marine licences ..... the operation is all 'private property' ..... self regulated (even the State ignores 'fixed attractions')

Hi Capt BJ, exactly after the jungle cruise had problems, the skyliner crashed,and Ive been stuck on the monorail for a short time, I started thinking about my favorite way to get to magic kingdom. I remember a couple of years ago while standing on the ferry asking my hubby where the life preservers were, Do they have enough preservers for the amount of people being transported.
