Where are car rental locations at WDW & what companies do they use?

Trying to figure out if we rent a car from cape canaveral after a cruise and go to the poly where we could drop off the car so we'd only have to do a 1 day rental. Then, we're thinking of using ME back to airport later. But need to know where we can drop off a car, if they'll shuttle hubby back to the poly, and what company we'd have to rent from in order to do this. THanks.

There is an Alamo location at the Car Care Center (quite close to the Poly!). Their shuttle takes you to/from your resort. I believe it is open until 5 or 6.

There is Alamo and National. Actualy they are both the same company. They will take dh back to poly.
