Where’d you rather: Grand Legacy or King’s Inn?

I found a discount for both Grand Legacy at the Park and Kings Inn for our dates, both almost exact same price. Which would you pick and why?

I know Grand Legacy is much closer to DLR but I read a lot of recent reviews that mention damp rooms and pests (not bedbugs!). Has anyone stayed recently in either/both of these hotels?

We stayed at King's Inn in November 2023. The price was good but the room was pretty meh (cramped room and hard bed). The longer walk sealed the deal so the inn is off the rotation. Those things might not be be a deal breaker for everyone though.

Another thing to think about is if you’ll have a car. Parking is free at kings inn and grand legacy charges for parking.

The room is Premier Room 2 Queen Beds

Ok, I would lean towards grand legacy. The premier rooms are in the building in the back, that building was new around 2012-2014. I know for sure we stayed in 2014.

And as the poster above mentioned, the beds at kings inn are very firm. That combined with the longer distance, makes me lean towards grand legacy.

We have stayed at the Grand Legacy a handful of times and had no complaints. The Kings Inn is too far for us to consider staying there.

We have stayed at Grand Legacy a few times, I'd stay there. Grand Legacy has always been clean for us and it's close.

The King's Inn is also noisy because of the configuration of the parking lot. The price was competitive for the area but it's off of our list too.
