for dinner, what do you usually have?

I eat long grain white rice with white beans cooked with organo, basil and a little oinon salt mixed together, with a salad and some cooked broccoli with lemon juice and olive oil on it.
thats dinner, snack yogurt and fruit. I eat meat but not very much of it, sometimes chicken.

Sounds good but I would never be able to even begin to eat that!!!...TOO MANY CARBS!!!!!!;) ;) ;)

I usually make a big salad or I go to this cafe attached to a farmer's market that make sthe BEST chef salad. If they run out of ingredients, they just run into the farmer's market for more!! Yum! Of course I ruin the nutritional value by putting on too much salad dressing!:o

tonight's "dinner" at 750 is 2cups of green salad mix from the bag, some feta cheese & lowfat dressing
at my 3pm lunch break I had a can of white tuna straight from the can
Also had a yogurt for lunch, strawberries, cherries and an apple
Brkfst was my usual Kellogg's raisin bran

Brown rice, peas, beans and a little cheese.
Carbs for sure but lots of nutrition and fiber.
YUM!

I'll usually put together a nice grilled chicken salad, with some nice baby field greens and LIGHT ranch dressing ;)

Reese's peanut butter cups instead of a plain Hershey bar so I get the protein too.;)

either white rice and stewed tomatoes with lemon pepper, or a nice lettuce salad with tomato, pickle, salad seasoning, and light done right ranch.

usually braised or poached chicken, or baked fish with steamed green beans or spinach and squash. The yellow summer squash is really good this year -- I've been eating tons of it!

My So makes a great salad, most of its healthy until I put in the salad dressing, lots of ranch! When we are hungry for more then just a salad, he puts some sliced pepperoni and cheese chunks in it also.

Sauteed zuccini with red onions and portabello mushrooms. Sauteed peppers with onions and mushrooms and then fried with egg. Chicken salad with celery and onions,a tablespoon or two of cranberry orange relish and fat free mayo. YUM I'm getting hungry.

Pasta Primavera: Diced Tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, sliced carrots, broccolli, and cauliflower over pasta. Sometimes I'll add chicken if I'm feeling ambitious. :)
