I would call and double check. When I checked my info on line, it had $0 in the deposit section. At first I just figured it was an error on line, but to be sure, I checked my disney visa account and found it had not been charged

(it's been 3 weeks since I called with the deposit), so I called CRO. At first the very helpful CM

couldn't find my ressie, then when she found it, sure enough the deposit had not been put through

. It seems after she researched, she found out that when I called, there was a problem with the system

and they were supposed to put it through the next day and call me if there was a problem. I never received a phone call, and evidently there was no problem, but they just never did it. Fortunately my ressie wasn't cancelled

and she was able to put my deposit through. After hanging up with her, I checked my ressie on line and now my deposit is reflected. So basically, although I know the on line system is quite frequently wrong

, it can't hurt to call and double check.
