I bought tix for MNSSHP by dialing the 800 number for WDW. They then transferred me to someone else...and when she got my name and address she said, "Oh, and I see you have visited us 20 times!"
I said, "Oh, no...I have gone to WDW alot, but not 20 times!" We continued talking and after we hung up, my DH said, "Of course we have gone to the parks at least 20 times!"
He thinks she meant how many times we entered the parks. Well, of course every trip we do that several times. But "I" thought she meant how many TRIPS to WDW we have taken. The last one we rented DVC points, so I am not sure that one would even show up.
Ironically, the last time we went to WL, I mentioned at check in how it was our favorite resort, we have stayed there 4 or 5 times, etc. Well, the CM checking us in said, "Hmmm...I don't see you in our computer at all!"
I had her check my name and my DH's, and we did not show up. The CM was not rude, but I almost felt like I was "lying" and got busted...which I was not!
I just wish I knew the way their computer system worked, what info they have about us, etc. Anyone have an insights?
