When you bought or did an add on at SSR what incentives did you get?

while i was down at SSR i added on, well talked to a guide on the tour day, my guide was touring and she gave my guide the info that i was adding on, then the day of the picnic i was going back to SSR to give my deposit and sign the papers, the guard at the shack would not let me in and didnt care why i was there.

i called my guide left a message to tell him about the guard and i was leaving to go home .

My guide called me back at home and said that he would still send my the litho "once upon a dream" that they were offering at MH , i said that was fine, but dont send me a litho of SSR because i have one, that i really would like BWV since i didnt have one .
well i received my fedex package with the SSR and BWV litho but no Once upon a dream litho


im wondering when everything is signed and dotted, then do they send out the Once upon a dream litho since they only had 300 and dont want to give them out for people that end up canceling their contracts.

did anyone get theirs before they signed and everything was final?

We added on when we were down there also. Our guide told us we needed to actually meet in order for us to get the special litho -- even if it was for just a couple of minutes. That's what we ended up doing -- our guide said they couldn't send it out after the fact.

If I were you, I'd call your guide again and inquire as to where it might be. I hope they are able to send one to you. And, what was the problem with the guard not letting you in? Doesn't that seem like a case of biting the hand which feed you?

We just received our a couple days ago -- sent to us from VWL. Unfortunately, before we even opened it, we knew it didn't make it here in one piece. We could hear the broken glass moving around on the inside of the box. Waiting to hear from our guide as to how we go able replacing it.

Thank you, i just called and my guide is on vacation until the 14th i was told to leave to leave a message for his associate, and he is in a conference all day lol.lol.lol

i left a message at least i might get a responce back tomorrow from the associate faster then my guide, but i have a feeling ill have to wait until the 14th.

I got my litho right when I did the add on. My guide brought it in with the papers to sign.

I have done 2 add-ons but only got a nap sack bag that I got on my first buy.They also had a picture in the box but its not framed.I just got the paperwork of my 3rd home resort and all I got was a picture of SSR.I did the last 2 add-ons over the phone because of the time when I got them was on the brink of the price going up and in between my 2 trips.

Back in 1991 when we bought into DVC, Disney was unsure of what the demand would be. They offered a promotion of length of stay passes to the parks until Jan.1, 2000. With the cost of the points when we bought and what it would have cost for the park passes we got DVC for free (family of four, twice a year, passes for nine years vs. cost of DVC at $51 per point). Those were the good old days! Our deed is to a piece of Building 13.

When We bought @ SSR back in Oct. `03, we recieved a Backpack with a Mickey hand Luggage tag. We are going to meet our Guide @ the SSR sales office in Aug., Do you think we will be able to get one then???!! They sound really lovely!

I know the "once upon a time dream " litho was only being handed out during MH and they only had 300.

my first purchase we had gotten a dvc canvas tote bag with pins , second time the backpack , litho, pins, pens.

this one, just the two litho's not the "once upon a dream" that i was promised, i will have to wait and see when my guide get back from vacation.
