When You Arrive What Do You Do First?

As soon as we land we head to Disney, check in, dump everything in the room and head for Chilis :teeth: Of course, the last time we went we were so hungry we went to Chilis first before checking in lol. Then it's normally in the bar for a Coors Light for hubby and a frozen strawberry daiquiri for me then bed. The last two trips we've gone to bed about 9pm and we've slept longer, rather than going to bed at 12 then being wide awake at 3. Then we have our first day ritual - breakfast at Denny's followed by shopping at Walmart.

Anz :earsgirl:

We're usually too tired to do anything but unpack and go to the supermarket for provisions. Then off to bed early - because there's always that 4am wake up the next morning :0)

This year I'm planning on dumping my cases at the villa and heading to shoneys for a much needed ham and monteray jack toastie, a mountain of fries and some chocolate fudge cake! I'll unpack the next day :0)

If we're in Orlando for the first part of the holiday, we head out for some dinner and a little nosey around the local area, then it's back to unpack the bags, dip in the pool and then bed for 9ish.

If we're heading down to the coast (St Pete's has been our first port of call a couple of times and this year we're heading straight for Fort Myers), we get to the hotel much later so it's straight out for a small snackeroo, then unpack and bed for much needed sleep.

This year, were flying into Orlando then driving down to Ft Myers, we've not quite decided whether to stay in Orlando overnight, or drive the three hours straight to Ft Myers.... ooh, decisions, decisions :earseek: :confused3

Because we usually arrive in the evening, it's unpack and go for a walk around the resort area. It works out the muscle cramps from the airplane ride. (Only 46 days until we see the Magic Kingdom) :bounce:

Only been once but arrived in the evening so we ordered a pizza and then went to sleep! :bounce:

Check out room and un pack. Then go for a walk around the lake (from the beach club to the boardwalk and back) to stretch our legs. Then order room service or grab a bite at Beaches and Cream take out on the way past and sit on the balcony eating dinner. Then off to bed early so we are up bright and early for the next day.
