would you go in early September - say around the 10th or late Septmeber - around the 21 st?

or doesn't it make much difference??

We always go in the end but if we want to go with my DH's family (ugh) we would have to go in early september.

We went 9/16 in 2006 and it was infested by lovebugs. From what I understand, the later in Sept., the less chance of lovebugs. Hope this helps.:thumbsup2

As long as most of the schools are back in session - the crowds and the parks should be wonderful anytime in September!!:wizard: :wizard:

We were there from the 8th to the 15th this past year... No love bugs, crowds were low, but the weather was HOT. We're going again the 6th - 13th this year. We prefer going right after labor day before crowds come in for MNSSHP and the Food and Wine Festival.

We were there about that date and it was hot but not the summer hot. No bugs and after 40 trios to WDW in all months never encountered any hordes of bugs. We just returned again this past week from 9 nights at WL, weather was cool on arriving day but warmed up fast the next and stayed in the 80's till departure day then was downright cold. first January for us, not bad but won't do it again. I like the hot Florida weather and enjoying the pool and sun, September is a good month but we really like October.
