When Will the Top Hat/Pan Stop Selling?

When will the top hat stop selling in the Emporium? I already have 3 and want know how long I'll have to get the opportunity to buy more. And also the pan hat. It's been selling in the Imports for months now. When will they turn rare again?

nobody can answer that. I always buy as many as I would like as soon as is possible. If i have the credits I do it right away.

While they might be retired, they will probably never be rare again.

you use turning rare like it happens over night but in fact it takes months for it to actually become rare which these items might not becuase they are in the game in the masses unlike other items

the top hat will probably be gone at the end of month, pan hat? who knows, it has come and gone many times, but has now been in store since... August?
