When Will SSR Phase III Open?

We saw the construction going on in January. When are these new buildings slated to open?

Also when did the Phase II buildings open? Are they all open now?

All twelve of the Phase I and II buildings are already open. The final 6 (Plase III) buildings are scheduled to open in 2007.

We just got back yesterday and there is a lot of construction in various phases. Meaning there where buildings that footers were being poured, some that were buildings 1/2 way done and a few that were 3/4 of the way done in phase 3.
So there is a lot of work to get phase 3 fully open. When it will be done I don't know.

I haven't been to SSR for a while (last May). Where are they putting the final 6 buildings? The last resort map I have just shows the 12 buildings.

When you come thru the gate they are to the right.

On the right and left. If you are in front of the Carriage house and look out where the drop off area is there are buildings going up right in front. These buildings are in the every early building stage. And these bulidings are the ones you see to the right as you enter.
There are buildings on the left as you enter which are about 50 - 75% complete.

Two of the new buildings are in The Paddock area at the resort (to the left as you come thru the entry gate).

The other four are next to the Carriage House driveway (they are on the right side of the roadway as you drive into the check-in area). These buildings are on the golf course.
