When will specials be posted

Have been looking at the Specials/ Deals Universal is offering and they all seem to end in May. When will the Summer deals be posted? Or do they usually not offer summer deals?
Also, if I book an on site room via Lowes and later want to change it to a package can I do that?

You may see some deals, but I wouldnt count on many for the summer or after.They dont need to offer them, once the Harry Potter expansion opens.

I doubt you'll see many summer deals this summer or for the forseeable future. With Diagon Alley opening they won't need to offer any specials for the parks.

Hotel rates will be out in the next few months I would imagine.
