When will my Resale Be in the Computer at Member Services?

I received paperwork from the timeshare closing company and it said we closed on April 21 and it would take disney about 5 days to get us in the system.

I called MS this morning and the CM could not find it. How long does it take?

A week seems about right.....

Have them search by you SSN as well as your name. I'd also ask your timeshare broker or closing company to give them a call.

I had read somewhere that they only enter new contracts into the system once a week so maybe your's got in just after the cutoff.
