When will my Guide call me back????

Yes, I just spoke with him on Tuesday & he was off Wed. & Thurs., but I want to purchase TODAY (or at least get the paperwork shipped to me)!

So excited (and impatient)

I have been waiting for a week now for a response as I want to change my points that I originally selected (but none of the 3000 sheets of paper was signed). I am extremely disappointed.

I made some changes to my paperwork last week before signing the original paperwork. I called my guide this week on Wednesday to follow up to see when I might expect the revised paperwork. He was out of the office. Since I didn't hear back from him by late afternoon on Thursday, I called him again. This time I reached him in person. He told me that he sent everything in last week for the change, but said that he would check again since they had been extremely busy and you never know........ He called me back within 5 minutes and told me that the changes hadn't gone through the system properly and that he was re-sending the information through the system. He called me back approximately 15 minutes after that to say that everything was now processed properly and that my paperwork would soon be on its way. He thanked me for following up with him and told me that no one had informed him that the changes had not gone through. If you are pleasant when you call your guide, he/she should not be annoyed with you for following up, even if it takes an extra phone call or two!
