When will FD be able to booked on-line???

Just wondering what time I will be able to book FD online? I know I could call at 7am Thursday morning, but don't feel like waiting on hold forever. Anyone know?

The general public free dining promo is usually on the WDW website an hour or two after the phone lines open. In the first couple of years of free dining it took them 2 or 3 days to put the FD promo on the website ;-)
