Hi everyone,

Does anyone know when you get your cruise docs when your not living in the united states. Does DCL send them more weeks in advance.

The docs come via ups..we rang dcl a couple of weeks before our up coming cruise to remind them we didnt live within the usa. the cast member checked with the tickets dept and confirmed they would be run off and set straight away.. 5 days later we got the tickets.. so you could ring them and chase them about it or request they be held for you at the check in at the port for when you get there :moped:

Thanks I will ring them about four weeks before we leave so they will have enough time to send it to me.

Remember that you can also download all the documents from the website now too.

I'm in the UK and I've done 4 DCL cruises so far (3 booked thru DCL direct and 1 thru DU) and I've always gotten my docs about 4-6wks before departure. It seems that overseas docs get sent out early. In fact, on our Cruise Meet thread last year, I was the first to get my docs - I got to do the doc dance first!!!!!
