This year, the annual tribute will continue with a flyover of vintage military aircraft and F-16s from the South Carolina Air National Guard’s 169th Fighter Wing at McEntire Joint National Guard Base. There will be special games and activities based on the movie to start off the night. Pizza, popcorn and drinks will be available for purchase. Floats welcome. July 28, Fire’em up and cruise in from 5-8 p.m. at the Shelter Cove Towne Centre every fourth Thursday of the month. This classic car show takes place on Shelter Cove Lane waterside overlooking Broad Creek. No costs, no reservations. There will be awards and a 50/50 raffle.
