When we bought APs in Sept. we didn't get a pin or lanyards..

We are going back in January, should we have gotten them? I didn't collect pins then so didn't miss them but now I definatly want them if I should have gotten them.

Then tell them how you were cheated, and got nothing tell the kids to cry… guest relations personnel are suckers for crying kids.

You'll get the pins.

In reality if they can help you get the pins they will. they have always been helpful.

They have never given out a pin with your Annual Pass at the time of purchase or renewal. The pins have always required a little extra effort.

If you are talking about the 100 Years pin, I'm not sure if the first one is still available but there will be other A/P pins coming out throughout the year. I believe they sell those at the Sorceror's Hat.

If you are talking about the A/P renewal pin and lanyard, that was available at Animal Kingdom only. Don't know if they still have those left. You should ask at Island Mercantile.

Other special pins come out from time to time and are only available if you attend an Event. To find out about those, just keep reading your Mickey Monitor or watch the boards.
