When was your Grand Villa ready on check in day?

I know, it varies and is subject to many factors but just wondering if it is consistently 4:00 or if some have gotten in earlier. We will be at BWV but any experience is appreciated.

I would plan on late GV room availability. On several occasions we have seen the piles of trash outside of GV's as the Mousekeepers are working to clean them. The large rooms and due to the large number of guests it can take a couple of hours or more to properly clean them.

Most GV are booked so cleaning can't start until after 11:00.

The last time we stayed in one at AKV Jambo about 2 1/2 years ago in May, we arrived at about 3 and it was ready.

Maybe I've been lucky but I have never had to wait for a grandvilla. I have had one ready at noon and the latest was 3 pm.

In January, our GV at OKW was ready at 2:00. It was a Tuesday so I don't know if that would have anything to do with it. Every other time we've had a GV we have been in by 4 at the latest and sometimes a little early.

If you are waiting for a text, check the front desk if it gets past 3:30. I checked into a studio today, never got the text. I checked at the front desk around 3:40 and they said it was ready.
