When was the last time you went to Disney when it wasn't crazy busy?

Did 30th Dec 2017 in MK then Jan 5-11 2018 across all 4 parks.

NYE Eve was packed but a lot of fun - a real party atmosphere
2nd week in January was a delight - it was cool temps but didnt slow us down

Obviously its all relative but after Universal (26&27th Dec) and MK (30th Dec) then our Disney week seemed empty
Fear its spoiled us for July 2019 trip

For my honeymoon in April 2015, we had walk-ons for Haunted Mansion and Pirates on one day and the Character Spot in Epcot the next day. There was only a 10 minute wait for Soaring as well.
