Does evacuating so you can tent the house for termites count?

I couldn't use my driveway or the entrance door to my part of the house for about 3 weeks when we had some siding repaired & house painted a few months ago. The contractor used my driveway to park his equipment & drop off supplies.
But we have 2 driveways so I parked in the main one & went thru the main part of the house & down the basement stairs to get in my place.

Had the kitchen backspash tiled from counter to ceiling. Out of commission for cooking anyway, for a week in the spring.

About 1-1/2 years back the apartment was gut rehabbed and professionally designed. Skim coat plaster throughout, bathroom is now universal design with walk-in shower and bidet replacing the low flow toilet. Custom shelving within the dressing room and all doors removed excepting bathroom and bedroom entrances. Cork flooring replaced the wool carpeting. Still need some furniture pieces refinished but that doesn’t require moving out. Oh and “One Handed Susi” has learned that two are required to make window treatments so I’m currently renegotiating with the decorator. Again, a stay in place job.

The master bath about a year and a half ago when it was remodeled. We have a second bathroom so it was okay for the 3 days it took to totally gut and rebuild it

10+ years ago when we remodeled. Each of the two bathrooms were out of service for several weeks each. The kitchen was out of service for about six weeks.
