When was the last time there was a baby in your family?

Our youngest granddaughter was born 7 years ago this coming April 1st. April fools baby born on our DDIL’s 30th birthday.

Second Grandchild was born yesterday. Her big sister is 2 1/2 so I guess we sort of have two babies in the family now.

Allegedly, my last Grandchild was born 10 years ago. The oldest three in their twenty's but do not seem to be in any hurry to make me a Great Grandfather. No babies on the immediate horizon.

I have, however, maintained that I have been a Grrreat Grandfather since the first one was born some 22 years ago.

My sister told me she was pregnant yesterday !! She’s due in September. She was the last one to have a baby and that was 1.5 years ago.

Right now it would be 3 years today as it is my youngest DGD birthday. However DDIL is due in late May with baby number 4 for them.

My bonus daughter had her first baby in August. Before that, my 13yo was the youngest. Neither of my young adult kids intend to have children, and my nieces and nephews are all still teenagers so it'll probably be a while before another little one comes along.

As far as relatives go, my 1st cousin's youngest son is like 12, so yea it's been a while.
