When to start watching the Orange County comptroller website?

We are super close to being official DVC owners!
Our process has been :
7/6- offer accepted
7/8- sent to ROFR
8/4- Passed ROFR
9/4- Closed

So, Now I am curious how long the final steps will take. The resale company told me it would be 10 days for deed to be recorded, 14 days transfer of ownership, 7 days for member number in the mail. Are they giving us the worst case scenario on how long it CAN take? Or is that really about how long it usually takes?

Also,to the main point of my post, how soon should I start searching on the comptroller website for our names to be listed?

The deed is usually recorded on the next business day. So I would guess on Tuesday.
