When to start looking for specials for Winter 2010.

Anyone know when will we start seeing the specials for trips in Nov-Dec 2010?
We are planning a trip Nov 29-Dec 4. I want to stay at DLH, Do they have a concierge level? I have a 4yr old daughter and I want her to get the most out of this magical trip, so I figure DLH would be the best. I don't want to book my rooms until I have airfare first. Is it better to go through the Disneyland site than to book from other sites. I feel better dealing with them directly. I have gotten so many idea's off of this board, I don't even know where to start. Thank you everyone for posting all information on this board. I have been doing a lot of reading.

Start looking for Winter Specials around the end of August/early September when the current promotion ends. Last year they had $400 off 4 nights.
