When to go to HHN

Hi, I am planning a weekend trip to HHN this month with the ROF pass. I can either go the second weekend (9/13-9/15) or the last weekend (9/27-9/29). Do you think there will be any difference in crowds? I would personally rather go the last weekend to give the event some time to settle in and get more of the "halloween feeling" but I'm worried it will be more crowded, and I think some schools are off that Monday. Any thoughts on which weekend is best?
