When to buy at BLT?

I want to wait until February so I can finance less to buy... I want to go in Dec 2009 but I can adjust that trip as needed (it's the Holiday that's been tugging me for years now).

I figure that I have to by Feb so I can book the first two weeks of March a December trip. DFi and I are disneymooning May 17-24. I know that it's much too late to buy than if we want to stay the first week in december, or is it?

I'm assuming that they will still be selling BLT in May, is this a poor assumption? My fiance doesn't want to buy sight unseen, we've viewed it on the web and love it, but I feel like we should see it in person before making such a large purchase.

Anyways I'm just airing my thoughts and wondering if I should buy in February and book December, or wait to buy in May and book whenever I can?

I think that is a good assumption.

think it will take them at least a year to completely sell off BLT - if not longer.

if you want Dec, 2009 at BLT - then you have not choice - buy in Feb

but if you can wait until Dec, 2010 then you have plenty of time - so you can wait until May.
