When to book tranportation...

I will be using happylimo...how far in advance should I book...we need it for Oct 11.

I book mine as soon as my flights are set and I know the times. I include airline and flight numbers with my towncar reservation.

If necessary(Doesn't hurt to confirm the reservation a week or so ahead of arrival, anyway). Most (if not all) towncar services have the means of checking schedules & flight numbers to see if your flight is early, on time or late. Saves them some unproductive wait time.
