When to book for June of '08

We will be in DLR June 9-13 or July 14-18. I know I want DLH upper floor view. Does Disney tend to run any promotions for early June? If I do book and they do a 4th night free promo, could I still get it if I've already booked? I will most likely book with Costco and get the character breakfast free, but will also check AAA. Are there advantage for booking a year out? Disadvantages? TIA

My only advice from experience is that they do not offer any types of discounts or promos in June. For those dates, I would book as soon as you know your dates are set. If you get a reasonable deal thru Costco or AAA, go for it. The only time it seems to be an advantage to book way ahead of time is when it is during peak travel times. Then it is the earlier the better. During off times, the deals seem to come out a month or two in ahead of time. You can just keep checking to see if a better deal comes out.
