When the heck is Pirate Night?

I hate to post such a lame question!

Based on what I've read, it seems that Pirate Night on the Western Caribbean cruise falls on the Cozumel day. Am I right? If not, please tell me when it normally falls.

When we cruised in April '05 it was on Cozumel night!!
