When someone cancels an ADR, does it immediately show up as available?

I currently have a 1:45 pm Tusker House reservation for our Sept. trip, but I would prefer the reservation to be earlier. Ideally, I would like 11:30 ish...but I'll take anything sooner than 1:45 pm!

So I keep checking, multiple times a day...but am I wasting my time? If someone happens to cancel their reservation, will it immediately show up as available, or is there a certain time of day that everything "refreshes" (like 7 am?)

It shows up immediately. I've set up times to cancel and ADR with someone looking to book it. They always are able to get it right after I cancel.
