When should we build a droid?

So we will be doing early entry into HS. I'm trying to figure out when to plan the build a droid for my friend. We are going in August and have one table service restaurant planned. What time do you figure we would roughly finish?
I know there is no way to tell but based on experiences? (We will assume for our purposes that all times online are available. TIA

If you have reservations to build a droid, expect to spend 30 minutes there. It's usually busy. We found that the longest part is waiting for a spot at the assembly station. Give yourself time to walk back to the restaurant and arrive there with at least 15 minutes or more to spare. Feeling rushed is one of the worst ways to kill an experience.
Personally, I'd space a full hour apart from your droid building reservation to your ADR.

Thanks :) I have a feeling I did a crappy job explaining myself.

I'm not worried about it clashing with my ADR. I was giving that info to give an idea of my day. Wondering what time we should book the actual droid for. If we do the full park, have an ADR, and would like to finish with building a droid so that we don't have to lug it around.

Would you advise making the time for 6? 7? ?? Thanks

Making your droid should be one of the last things you do for the day, unless you don't mind carrying it around all day. You can make reservations up to 10 minutes before HS closes. So if HS closes at 9:00pm, you can make droid reservations for as late as 8:50.
What time you choose is really depending on how many attractions you want to do, what your goal is for the day, when you plan to eat, etc.
If you're doing early entry and getting the for 8:30am or so and, staying 10 hours in HS in the August heat is nearly an impossible thing to do.
If it were me, my plan (for an August trip) would be something like this:
Early entry for 8:30.
Rides and attractions until 1:00.
Back to my resort, eat quick service or snack, cool off, rest and relax.
Come back at 4:30pm
Rides and attractions until 6:45
ADR for 7:00
Droid building for 8:50.

Twas my thought, but then I was thinking about making Sci-Fi reservations, so that would eat into the lets go back to the hotel time, but maybe should just see what times are available for sci first. Thanks

Hi Adora. Our sons build droids yesterday at 3:00. This allowed them time to play with them at the designated area outside with other kids who had just built theirs. We bought the backpacks to carry them around ($60 each, but very protective and quality). The droids interact with the rise of resistance ride and other parts of the park so were fun to have in the park for the last part of the day.
