When should I place order with Garden Grocer?

18 days from now, I will be in WDW (come on, dance with me!).
My question is, when should I place my order with Garden Grocer? We have not used them before but I have read good reviews and they quickiny answered an email I sent @beer. I was thinking a week ahead but I am just wondering what eveyone usually does?

I ws wondering the same thing? Also, since you do not know your room numerb, do you just have them deliver it to the front desk?
