Hi All

We booked our holiday in September and paid in full mid November......we are due to go to in Feb...

We booked with Jetlife through Going Places.

All I have had is the booking confirmation......no invoice or anything else.....we have never booked a holiday before so I was wondering when we should get anything in the way of an invoice/tickets etc....

Thanks :)

BTW our park tickets arrived this morning....Orlando Tickets,,,great price! £399 for 2 x adult and 1 child...5 day hoppers!!

I have never heard of this company so I can't speak for them, but generally you would expect to receive your tickets about 7 - 14 days prior to departure. Occasionally they come as early as a month before.

Have you received some sort of acknowledgement of your final payment?

If you booked JetLife through a travel agent the paper work and tickets may well go direct to the them. They will call you when the tickets etc. arrive.

Gilld - we have a reeipt from Going Places for the payment !

I am desperate to know what room number we have on the cruise!!

Hi, you should have received a confirmation invoice from Jetlife via Going Places about 10 days after you booked. Your tickets should be in 10-14 days before you travel. They may be able to tell you over the phone about your cabin numbers although often these are not pre allocated when booking through a tour operator rather than the cruise line themselves.
