When Parks reach capacity will they let you in if you have a PS?

We are getting married at WDW on New Years Day and are planning to spend NYE at Epcot. Most of our wedding guests are flying in on NYE, but will be to WDW in time for dinner. My question is, assumming Epcot will be at capacity (maybe, maybe not), will our guests be let into the park if they have PS's to eat with us? We were thinking about Teppenyaki for dinner. Thanks for any help you can give me!!

As far as Ive heard, having a PS does not guarantee you admission to a park closed due to capacity.

They will not get into the park if it reaches capacity, PS or no PS.
