When parks close early, what time

do the table service restaurants close...or stop taking reservations?

For example, if Animal Kingdom closes at 5:00 p.m., what's the latest dinner reservation at Yak & Yeti?

Generally speaking they take reservations up until the time that a park closes. Of course there are always exceptions, like if they have a special event planned for the park after it closes to the general public,they may cut off reservations earlier.
