The park hours change from month to month, depending on the season. Value season the parks open later in the morning and close earlier in the evening. And yes, even the EMH may change. Disney doesn't like to give us the hours of operation until 2 months before, so right now many of us are waiting anxiously for November hours so we can plan our trips.

Park Hours and EMH can change right up to the day. I think there was an Epcot EMH that changed at the last minute a couple of weeks ago. So while everyone anxiously awaits the hours announcement, keep in mind that they are not final.
