Call the resort or CRO?. Then do I follow that up with a fax to the resort or to CRO? I spoke to a CM at AKL and when I asked about sending a fax for a room request she said that she had never heard of that. Granted, I know that not all CM's have all the answers...that is why I post the question here, because

We DISsers Know Everything!!!:teeth:

Just in case you are wondering here are my requests:

Room with a good view(we have a Savannah room booked), my dad is in a wheel chair and he may choose to remain in the room for most of the trip

Connecting or adjoining rooms since one of my kids will be staying with gram and gramps

If not then at least in the same trail.

Thanks,

Keep in mind that connecting and adjoining are two completely different things. Connecting has an inside door between two rooms next to each other so you can go back and forth without going out into the hallway. Adjoining rooms are rooms that are merely in relatively close proximity of each other.

As far as your requests go, read the Faxing Your Room Preferences page at Deb's website. It should answer all your questions about who when and how to do your room requests.
