for the spring apps the earliest to apply is early sept and for the fall apps, the earliest would be around late jan/early feb. so if you're planning on applying for the spring 2010 program you have to apply when the aaplications come out for it in sept. you can't apply now. and the same goes for the fall 2010 program. you can apply in late jan of 2010, when the application is available on the cp website.
