When is Spring Break in your area?

We are trying to decide when to visit again!
We are considering Spring Break! I just wondered if most places had the same spring break??
What week is your children's spring break 2010?
Ours is March 15-March19!

Our spring break is the first full week of April every year because of Master's week. We live in South Carolina, but only a few minutes away from Augusta, GA. There are a lot of people that go away on vacation to get away from the Masters and especially from the traffic.

We've been trying to figure out the same thing. We are going in just under three weeks and this will be the first time in the summer months. I'm a little nervous about handling the heat. In the past I've only ever been in March or December.

We booked for after school let out because we are taking a longer trip and seeing more of FL after Disney so it had to be in the summer break. Next year, though I'd like to take advantage of the extra long break the kids get and enjoy some time away from the snow.

March 12-29 is our break next year.

I had no problem taking the kids out of school for vacations up til this year but I think next year will wait until they are on school break...too much distraction for them.

my daughter is a teacher so we are looking at going spring break for alabama which for 2010 is march 15-19 th

Probably 3/29 - 2/5. It usually encompasses Passover and Easter.

We'd love to know too... so we can avoid the largest crowds and of course, the cheerleaders!

Our break is only Good Friday and Easter Monday. Not really a "spring break" to speak of.

In general, the week before and the week after Easter are the most crowded Spring Break weeks at WDW. When is Easter next year?
Of course, Spring Breaks are spread out all through March and April, so some people will avoid all of that block of time due to crowds. I think this past year both months were very busy due to the 4/3 special. Only time will tell how the economy is doing and what types of specials Disney runs.
