When is Presidents WEEK?

I know when Presidents Day is but I've people mentioning Presidents Week and that schools up north actually get a week off at this time and everyone and Granny go to the World. Is it the week before or after? We are going 2/8-13. I heard some people post they will never go during that time again because of crowds! But they never said what exact week it was. I thought I was picking a slower time of year to go....did I goof??

Ok - just looking at our school calendar and here in MA we have Feb 16th - 20st, 2004 off. We did go to WDW during our "presidents week" vaca last year and although it was crowded it was managable. I think it was less crowded than June. Use FP - get to the parks early, take breaks and switch parks in the evening. Don't worry even a crowded week at WDW is better than a week at work/school etc, right??
